Leadership is not a solo pursuit. The most effective leaders are intentional about who they learn from, who they develop, and how their network supports their goals.

This Executive Session focuses on collaboration and mentoring as strategic leadership practices—not informal add-ons. Participants will examine their personal and professional teams, identify key mentors and mentees, and explore how these relationships directly influence growth, decision-making, and long-term success.

Through guided reflection and discussion, leaders will:

• Clarify who is currently on their personal and professional “team”

• Assess how those relationships align with their goals

• Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration and mentoring
