Getting Our House in Order

In this month’s executive sessions, we focus on what every strong leader must eventually confront—what’s no longer serving the mission. Whether it’s outdated processes, misaligned priorities, or even key relationships, leaders must be willing to “get their house in order” before they can scale, pivot, or elevate impact.

This session challenges participants to take an honest inventory of what needs to be shed, strengthened, or restructured.

Together, we will:

• Identify the “things” (systems, habits, distractions) that are slowing momentum

• Evaluate relationships and roles through the lens of alignment and contribution

• Prepare for and practice difficult conversations that move organizations forward
